I provide supportive, reflective supervision for both trainee and qualified counsellors. I work in a person-centred way, with the attitudes of empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard being central to my way of being.

60 minutes: £50
90 minutes £75
Qualified Counsellors
60 minutes £60

Frequency: Typically monthly, though this can be tailored to your needs
How much supervision do I need?
BACP recommend that:

Trainee counsellors should have a minimum of 1.5 hours of supervision each month, or the equivalent of one hour of supervision for every 8 client hours (whichever is greater).

Qualified counsellors are expected to have at least 1.5 hours a month, with additional supervision if your caseload is higher or your work is more complex.
We can discuss your individual needs and agree on a frequency that feels right for your practice and stage of development.
